PerfectTablePlan 7 - Perpetual License

PerfectTablePlan is a seating plan program developed by the British company Oryx Digital. It helps couples and event organisers seat guests at tables for weddings, gala dinners, conferences and other receptions, from a few dozen people to very large events. This listing is a licence key for the Windows version (edition not specified: Home, Advanced or Professional): you enter it in the installed program to unlock saving, printing and exporting of plans without the limits of the trial.

This product is a perpetual license key for PerfectTablePlan 7: it does not expire and can be used on 1 PC running Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

A typical job: import the guest list from a spreadsheet, draw the room with its tables, mark who should or should not sit together, let the program suggest a seating arrangement, adjust it by hand and print table cards and the final chart.

Key Features:

• Guest list: Guests are stored with their details, RSVP status and meal choices, and can be imported from an existing list.
• Floor plan editor: Round, rectangular, oval, banquet and head tables as well as rows of seats are placed and moved freely on the room plan.
• Drag and drop seating: Guests are dragged onto seats and moved again in seconds when plans change at the last minute.
• Seating preferences: You can mark which guests should sit together or apart and use these preferences when assigning seats automatically.
• Charts and stationery: Table plans, guest charts, place cards and summary or catering reports are printed or exported for the venue.
• Images on plans and cards: Pictures or textures can be added to the floor plan and to printed stationery such as place cards.
