1. Introduction

By accessing the website and purchasing digital products, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery is provided in digital format through:

Delivery is generally immediate upon payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59, letter (o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content supplied immediately once performance of the contract has begun.

- agrees to the immediate execution of the service
- expressly accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal
7. Return and Refund Policy (Special Conditions)
By way of exception to the exclusion of withdrawal, Softimer voluntarily offers a limited commercial guarantee under the following conditions:
7.1 Free Return Within 1 Business Day
A free return may be requested within 1 (one) business day from the purchase date exclusively in the following cases:
- the software, activation key, or account does not objectively function
- the malfunction is real, reproducible, and demonstrable
The issue must not result from:
- incorrect installation
- undeclared system incompatibility
- improper use
- violation of the provided instructions
7.2 Proof of Malfunction
The customer is required to provide:
- a detailed description of the issue
- any screenshots, videos, or logs requested by technical support
Softimer reserves the right to technically verify the defect before approving any refund.
7.3 Outcome of the Request
If the request is approved, Softimer may:
- issue a full refund
- or provide a replacement
Processing will occur immediately or within a maximum of 1 business day.
8. Intellectual Property
All digital products are protected by copyright and are granted under a non-exclusive and non-transferable license of use.
Any form of the following is prohibited:
- resale
- sharing
- duplication
- unauthorized distribution
9. Limitation of Liability
Softimer shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- economic losses resulting from improper use
- technical incompatibilities not declared by the user
Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected within the limits of the law.
10. Amendments to the Terms
Softimer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
