BelyyList - Perpetual License

BelyyList is a parental control program for Windows made by the small Russian studio Soft of KoSM and built around a single idea: a lesson mode that closes the internet except for the sites you allow. It is meant for parents whose children attend online classes on a home computer and keep drifting to games, short videos or chats in another tab while the lesson is running. This listing is an activation code that turns the free evaluation version of the program into a licensed copy on one computer. Please note that the program interface is only available in Russian.

This product is a perpetual license key for BelyyList: it does not expire and can be used on 1 PC running Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

A typical evening looks like this: before the lesson the parent switches on lesson mode with one click, the child joins the video call and opens the school portal, and everything else stays unreachable until the parent ends the mode with the password. Instead of maintaining a list of forbidden sites, you only keep the short list of what is needed for school.

Key Features:

• Lesson mode with a white list: One button blocks all outgoing traffic on the PC and leaves open only the services and addresses you have added to the allowed list.
• Ready-made video call services: Zoom, Yandex Telemost and Kontur.Talk are already in the list, and your own sites such as a school portal or tutor platform can be added in a few clicks.
• Protection against bypassing: VPN apps and virtual adapters are stopped, encrypted DNS (DoH and DoT) is closed and VPN extensions in Chrome, Edge and Firefox are blocked through browser policies.
• Parent password: Settings and switching lesson mode off are protected by a password that only the parent knows.
• Self-restoring service: A background service checks the rules regularly and restores lesson mode if the program is closed or the rules are removed.
• Event log: The log shows when lesson mode was switched on and off, so you can check how the computer was used during classes.
