Heptabase Pro - 1 Month Shared Account

Heptabase is a visual note-taking app developed by Heptabase, Inc. that stores ideas as cards and lets you arrange and connect them on whiteboards. It suits students, researchers and writers who work with many sources and want to see how topics relate instead of keeping long linear documents. This listing is access to an account with the Heptabase Pro plan, prepared by the supplier; it is not an upgrade of an account you already own.

This product is access to a shared Heptabase Pro account for 1 month: the login details are sent by email and the same account is used by several customers at the same time; the number of users is not stated by the supplier. Use of the account follows the rules described below.

A typical workflow is to collect notes and highlights from articles or PDFs as cards, place them on a whiteboard for one topic, group them into sections and draw links between related ideas. When the account is shared, cards and whiteboards can be seen by the other people who use the same account, so it is better not to store personal or confidential material in it.

Key Features:

• Cards: Every note is a card with rich text that can appear on several whiteboards at once, so the same idea is written only once.
• Whiteboards: Cards, sections, images and files are placed freely on an open canvas to map a subject, a project or a reading list.
• Connections: Arrows and links between cards show how ideas relate and help you build a structured personal knowledge base.
• PDF reading and highlights: Documents can be read inside the app and the highlighted passages turned into cards that keep a link to their source.
• Journal and tags: A daily journal captures quick thoughts, while tags and properties help sort and find cards later.
• Search: A single search box finds cards, whiteboards and highlighted passages across the whole workspace, even months later.
