W.A. Production Mutant Delay - Plug-in License

Mutant Delay is a tempo-synced delay plugin by W.A. Production with a built-in ducker that lowers the echoes while the source is playing. It is meant for producers and mixing engineers who want pronounced delays on vocals, leads, synths or percussion without the repeats covering the main part, and without building sidechain compression routing by hand. This listing is a license key that is added to your W.A. Production account to unlock the plugin; the installer is provided by the manufacturer.

This product is a license for the W.A. Production Mutant Delay plug-in for a number of devices not stated by the supplier (macOS and Windows). The supplier does not state the duration of the license, so no specific validity period is guaranteed. The license is delivered by email with the activation instructions.

Load Mutant Delay on a vocal or lead track, pick a preset and adjust the delay times to the song. The ducker listens to the dry signal and pushes the delay tail down while the part is playing, so the echoes come forward in the gaps and the source stays clear.

Key Features:

• Internal ducker: A compressor-style ducker with Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Hold and Release reacts to the dry input and reduces the wet delay signal.
• Synced stereo delay: Left and right delay times are set independently from 1/1 to 1/16 notes, with straight, triplet and dotted values.
• Feedback and Ping-Pong: The Feedback control sets the number of repeats, and the Ping-Pong option cross-mixes the feedback paths between the two channels.
• Two filter modes: High-pass and low-pass filters shape the delay tail either with a fixed amount or with filtering that grows on every repeat.
• Waveform display and bypass: A real-time graph shows the dry and wet signals in different colours, and the logo works as a smoothed, click-free bypass for A/B comparison.
