Eventide Obliterate - Perpetual License

Obliterate is a distortion and filter plug-in designed by Newfangled Audio and distributed by Eventide, built to make sounds harsher and more aggressive rather than cleaner. It is aimed at producers and sound designers working on electronic music, industrial textures, heavy drums and basses, or intense soundtracks for films and games. This listing is a license for the plug-in, which is installed from the developer and then used inside your audio workstation on macOS or Windows.

This product is a perpetual license key for Eventide Obliterate: it does not expire and can be used on 1 device running macOS and Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

Obliterate is usually inserted on a single track or bus when a part needs more bite, noise or aggression: a drum loop that has to sound broken, a bass that has to growl, or an effect layer for a tense scene. The filters can shape the result from a subtle edge to a completely destroyed sound.

Key Features:

• Two distortion algorithms: The TOO MUCH and TOO MOST modes offer two different characters of saturation, from rough grit to a violent, wall-like sound.
• Two resonant multimode filters: Each filter can be morphed between lowpass, highpass, bandpass, allpass and notch, with its own frequency and resonance settings.
• Click and drag control: A single drag gesture moves the frequencies and resonances of the filters together, which makes quick and expressive changes easy.
• Made for sound design: The plug-in suits industrial noise, destroyed drums, heavy basses and sound effects for horror or action scenes.
• Standard plug-in formats: AAX, VST3 and AU on macOS, and AAX, VST2 and VST3 on Windows, so it loads in the most common audio workstations.
