FolderSizes 9 - Perpetual License

FolderSizes is a disk space analyzer for Windows by Key Metric Software that shows how much space each drive, folder and file takes up. It helps home users, IT staff and administrators find what fills their disks, from large and old files to duplicates and temporary clutter, on local drives as well as on network shares. This listing is a license code for the version shown in the product name, entered in the program to register it.

This product is a perpetual license key for FolderSizes 9: it does not expire and can be used on 1 PC running Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

A common routine is to scan a nearly full drive or a shared server folder, sort the results by size, open the charts to see which branch grows fastest and then export a report to share with colleagues or keep for the next audit.

Key Features:

• Drive and folder analysis: Scans local, removable and network drives, UNC paths and shares and ranks folders and files by the space they use.
• File reports: Finds large, old, recently created, duplicate and temporary files, as well as empty folders and folders with very many files.
• Charts and drill-down: Shows the distribution of files by type, size, age, attributes and owner in charts and lets you click through to the folder that causes the growth.
• Search and trend tracking: Advanced search filters answer questions such as which content has not been touched for years, and space usage can be followed over time.
• Export, scheduling and command line: Reports are exported to formats such as HTML, XML, CSV, text, PDF and Excel, and scans can run from the command line or on a schedule.
