Franzis BLACK & WHITE projects 7 - Perpetual License

BLACK & WHITE projects is a photo editing program from the German publisher Franzis dedicated to black and white conversion, from soft greys to high-contrast monochrome images. It is aimed at photographers who want to turn colour shots into expressive black and white pictures, starting from ready-made looks and then controlling tones, light and texture by hand. This listing is a serial number for the Windows version of the program, entered in the software after installation.

This product is a perpetual license key for Franzis BLACK & WHITE projects 7: it does not expire and can be used on Windows; the number of PCs is not stated by the supplier. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

A typical workflow starts by opening a photo or a RAW file, choosing a preset from a category such as landscape, portrait or street, and then adjusting the conversion of single colour tones, the contrast and the film grain until the image has the desired mood.

Key Features:

• Monochrome conversion engine: Several colour spaces and a set of spectral colour filters decide how each source colour is translated into grey tones, for precise control of brightness and contrast.
• Presets by category: Hundreds of presets grouped into categories such as natural, landscape, architecture, portrait, street and effects give a starting look with one click.
• Film emulation and grain: Film simulations reproduce the grain and tonal behaviour of classic analog black and white films.
• Selective colour and LUT looks: Colour tones can be kept or adjusted on separate layers, and LUT styles help to apply known colour and toning looks quickly.
• RAW module and corrections: A RAW module handles white balance and lens distortion, while a dedicated tool removes dust spots and sensor defects.
• Plug-in for Adobe software: Besides working on its own, the program can be used as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classic (not included).
