AppBlocker Pro - Perpetual License

AppBlocker Pro is a small Windows utility from the Russian studio Soft of KoSM that stops selected games, programs and web browsers from starting on a computer. It is meant for parents who want to limit what a child can open on the family PC, and for small offices that need to keep employees away from games or unapproved software. This listing is a license code that unlocks the program on one computer. Please note that the program interface is only available in Russian.

This product is a perpetual license key for AppBlocker Pro: it does not expire and can be used on 1 PC running Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

You install the program with an administrator account, set a master password and drag the shortcuts of the games or apps you want to block into the window. From then on those programs refuse to start, and the usual ways around the block, such as Task Manager or the Registry Editor, can be closed as well. Only someone who knows the master password can change the list or lift the restrictions.

Key Features:

• Block any program or game: Chosen executable files are prevented from starting through the built-in Windows DisallowRun policy, without a separate driver.
• Drag and drop: A shortcut or program file dragged from the desktop into the window is added to the block list in one move.
• Protection against bypassing: Task Manager, Command Prompt, PowerShell and the Registry Editor can be locked with a single click so that experienced users cannot undo the rules.
• Master password: Changing settings and removing restrictions require a master password, which is stored encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
• Uninstall protection: The program cannot be removed from the computer without entering the master password.
• Local and lightweight: Everything runs on the PC itself: no online account, no telemetry, no advertising and no constant background load.
