This listing is a license code for the download version: it is entered in the application to register your Mac and includes the first year of updates; afterwards the installed version keeps working.

This product is a perpetual license key for DEVONthink Pro: it does not expire and can be used on 1 Mac running macOS. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

New material lands in the Inbox, whether scanned, clipped from the web or dragged in, and is filed by hand or into the group suggested by Classify; smart groups, tags and reminders bring it back when needed. The three editions share this core: Standard covers organizing, searching, sync, versioning and automation; Pro adds scanner integration with OCR, email archiving, generative AI features, custom metadata, reports and the DEVONthink To Go app for iPhone and iPad; Server adds a web interface so a team can reach shared databases from any browser.

How to Activate:

1. Download DEVONthink from the DEVONtechnologies website and move the application to the Applications folder.
2. Launch the app and choose License from the DEVONthink menu (the app also asks for a license when the trial ends).
3. Enter the license code received by email and confirm: the app retrieves the license details online and registers this Mac as one seat.
4. For another Mac enter the same code there; if all seats are taken, remove a device from the license in the customer account on the DEVONtechnologies website.
