Soundtoys Little PrimalTap - Perpetual License

Little PrimalTap is a delay plugin by Soundtoys, the American developer of EchoBoy, Decapitator and Devil-Loc, inspired by the Prime Time, a quirky digital delay unit released in 1978. It is aimed at producers, mixing engineers and sound designers who want gritty lo-fi echoes, pitch jumps, chorus and flanging, or runaway feedback loops from a small panel with a handful of knobs. This listing is a licence for the plugin: the licence is redeemed into your iLok account and the installer is downloaded from the developer, which unlocks Little PrimalTap in your audio workstation.

This product is a perpetual license key for Soundtoys Little PrimalTap: it does not expire and can be used on 2 devices running macOS and Windows. The key is delivered by email together with the activation instructions.

A common use is on guitars, synths or vocals when a clean digital echo sounds too polite: raise Multiply for darker, grainier repeats, move Adjust during playback for pitch bends and swirls, and automate the knobs to turn a simple delay into an evolving texture.

Key Features:

• Multiply control: Doubles, quadruples or multiplies by eight the delay time while lowering the sample rate, so each step gives longer echoes with a darker, lo-fi tone, just like the vintage hardware.
• Adjust control: Moving the Adjust knob changes the delay time on the fly and produces pitch shifts, chorus or flanging depending on how fast and how far it is turned.
• Feedback and Input Drive: Input Drive adds saturation to the signal entering the delay and Feedback shapes how the repeats build up, giving sounds that ordinary delay plugins do not make.
• Infinite feedback: Feedback can be pushed to infinity for self-sustaining loops, from classic tape-style repeats to old science-fiction noises, while staying under control in the mix.
• Standard plugin formats: Available as AAX, VST, VST3 and AU for macOS and Windows, so it loads in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, FL Studio, Reaper and other hosts.
