Notion Business - 1 Year Activation

Notion is the workspace built by Notion Labs that brings notes, documents, wikis, tasks and databases together in a single application, used in the browser and in the apps for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. It suits freelancers, students and teams who want to keep knowledge, projects and daily work in one place instead of spreading them across separate tools, with pages that can be shared and edited by several people at the same time. There is no key to enter: the product details below state what is delivered and how the paid plan is made available.

This product is an activation of Notion Business for 1 year on your own account: after payment you receive the code and the instructions by email and the subscription appears in your account, usable for a number of users not stated by the supplier (web browser, Windows, macOS, Android and iOS).

Typical uses: a personal knowledge base, a team wiki with procedures and onboarding material, an editorial or development board where each task is a page with its own notes and files, a client or inventory database with linked views. Paid plans are chosen when the workspace grows beyond a few people, when file uploads and page history limits of the free plan become a problem or when the AI features are used every day.

Key Features:

• Pages and blocks: Every document is built from blocks: text, headings, checklists, tables, images, code, embedded files and sub-pages, arranged by dragging them where you need them.
• Databases and views: The same set of records can be displayed as a table, board, calendar, timeline, list or gallery, with filters, sorting, formulas and relations between databases.
• Collaboration: Several people can edit the same page at once, leave comments and mentions, follow updates and work with permissions set per page, per teamspace or per guest.
• Notion AI (depends on plan): The AI assistant drafts and rewrites text, summarises long pages, translates and searches the workspace; full AI is included in the Business and Enterprise plans, while Plus offers only a limited trial.
• Apps and integrations: Desktop and mobile apps work offline on recently opened pages and sync automatically; the web clipper and the connectors link Notion to Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira and other services.
