How to Activate:

1. Sign in to venice.ai in your browser (or create an account with your e-mail address) and note the e-mail address it is registered with.
2. After purchase, follow the steps we send you by email to complete the activation on your account: you may be asked to open the checkout page of the chosen plan or credit pack from your account, enter the billing details we indicate and send us the payment link; your password is never requested.
3. Once you receive the confirmation, reload the page or sign in again: the plan or the new credit balance is shown in your account settings.

Delivery:

This product is delivered digitally as an activation: no license key is sent. After your purchase is confirmed, we contact you at the email address provided at checkout, agree with you what the activation requires and confirm by email once it has been carried out. We never ask for your password.
