Paid plans are chosen when the workspace grows beyond a few people, when file uploads and page history limits of the free plan become a problem or when the AI features are used every day.

• Pages and blocks: Every document is built from blocks: text, headings, checklists, tables, images, code, embedded files and sub-pages, arranged by dragging them where you need them.

How to Activate:

1. After the order, send us the e-mail address that should receive the invitation, as requested in the confirmation e-mail; we never ask for your password.
2. Accept the invitation received at that address and sign in to Notion with it.
3. Switch to the invited workspace from the workspace menu: the Business plan and its AI features work only inside that workspace.
4. Keep private material out of the shared pages: the administrators and members of the workspace can see them.

Delivery:

This product is delivered digitally as an invitation to a team or workspace managed by the provider, where the plan is active: it is not an upgrade of your own account and no license key is sent. After your purchase is confirmed, we contact you at the email address provided at checkout to ask for the e-mail address that should receive the invitation, and we confirm by email once the invitation has been sent.
