Norton 360 Standard is the entry-level plan of the Norton 360 line from Gen Digital (formerly NortonLifeLock): antivirus, VPN, password manager and a small cloud backup in one subscription. It is meant for people who want to protect a single PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet with one product instead of separate tools for security and privacy. The subscription is linked to a Norton account: from the My Norton dashboard you see the covered device, the expiry date and the download links for each platform.

This product is account access to Norton 360 Standard for 1 year from the purchase date: you receive the login details by email and use the service on 1 device (Android, iOS, macOS and Windows).

On a Windows PC the plan installs the full suite (antivirus, Smart Firewall, Cloud Backup, SafeCam); on a Mac it provides antivirus, firewall and VPN; on a phone it runs as the Norton 360 app with Wi-Fi security and VPN. Any other antivirus should be removed before Norton is installed.

How to Activate:

1. Sign in to My Norton with the e-mail address and password delivered with your order: the subscription is already active on that account.
2. Do not change the account e-mail or password and do not add payment details unless our instructions say otherwise.
3. Remove any other antivirus, then install Norton 360 from My Norton (Windows/Mac) or the Norton 360 app from Google Play or the App Store, signing in with the same account.
4. Run a first scan and switch on Secure VPN, Password Manager and Cloud Backup; the device and the expiry date appear in My Norton.
