Norton 360 Premium is the upper tier of the Norton 360 line from Gen Digital (formerly NortonLifeLock): antivirus, Secure VPN, Password Manager, Dark Web Monitoring, Parental Control and 75 GB of cloud backup in one subscription. It suits larger households and small teams with many computers, phones and tablets to protect and more files to back up than the Deluxe plan allows. The subscription is managed from a Norton account: the My Norton dashboard lists the protected devices, the remaining term and the installers for each platform.

This product is account access to Norton 360 Premium for 16 months from the purchase date: you receive the login details by email and use the service on 10 devices (Android, iOS, macOS and Windows).

Typically the Windows PCs get the complete suite (antivirus, Smart Firewall, Cloud Backup, SafeCam, School Time), the Macs antivirus, firewall and VPN, and every phone and tablet the Norton 360 app with VPN and Wi-Fi security. Any other antivirus should be uninstalled first.

How to Activate:

1. Sign in to My Norton with the e-mail address and password delivered with your order: the subscription is already active on that account.
2. Do not change the account e-mail or password and do not add payment details unless our instructions say otherwise.
3. Remove any other antivirus, then install Norton 360 from My Norton (Windows/Mac) or the Norton 360 app from Google Play or the App Store, signing in with the same account.
4. Run a first scan and switch on Secure VPN, Password Manager and Cloud Backup; devices and expiry date appear in My Norton.
